Excellent staff ,especially Manager Mr Hassan ,and reception staff very helpfull, and listening and agreeing to most of our request, will definately recommed, Only one thing hotel can do is have there own taxi or transport service for extra charge.

It has been very quiet relaxing stay in this hotel, I would recommend it, I will stay again, its close to the supermarket for shopping.
The only thing that I would rather have changed in the hotel room is the shower to be replaced with a bath.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We had a good sized room (and balcony) which was cleaned every day. Located about a 7mins walk from a large supermarket that was handy. Lovely swimming pool and deck chairs. We had a very pleasant stay there and would happily recommend it.

The facilities were as described in the information. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. Free Wifi access was available throughout the holiday. The pool was excellent for the children. The local supermarket was a 10 minute walk away. A bus into town can be taken from there for less than 50p! Great value, a taxi is about £5 if you haggle!. An oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the souks.

Spacious two-bedroom apartment, with entertainment and kitchen equipments, even a washing machine.
The hotel doesn't seem to have a system - you can't have breakfast at 8am because the one in charge is not around (and the reception will simply tell you he can't do anything about it). You can't talk to the manager because he's out doing groceries. You call the reception from the room and no one picks up. They all seem to come and go as they please. And the staff are simply not trained to do anything other than give your key and get your money. The door handle of our room was broken - we were locked in and it took the staff 20 minutes before they sent someone to open it. This was in the morning. When we got home just before midnight - they still haven't fixed the door. It took another 45 minutes before they found someone to do it. There's more to tell but overall, this hotel would have been a great place to stay, if only their staff are not practically useless.

I don't think I can go back to this hotel. It is starred 5 stars in Booked.net but I think it doesn't worth more than 3. The air conditioner is very very weak. And that day it was 45 degrees outside. No internet in the room. The rack for towels is broken. The breakfast is very poor...

Excellent hotel with clean rooms and facilities.
You need to work on improving Internet accessibility in the rooms, and extending service hours of the coffee shop.

It was a very clean and tidy appartment complex with a nice outdoor area and pool which was a wee bit on the cold side but still refreshing. It was a just out of the main centre which we enjoyed as it was quite and great for relaxing and soaking up the sun poolside. It was also a 5 min walk from a main supermarket which was ideal as they sold cold beer and vino....perfect!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking cheap accomodation which offers full appartment facilities with a friendly and helpfull service.

Very good location if you have a car. Reception is Very Friendly and helpful. Apartments & Rooms are big and there are good kitchen & lounge in the apartments including big sofas and plazma tv. Nice outdoor swimming pool.
No Internet in rooms. The Hotel charges you a whole day price in case you would like to stay 2 hours more after checking out, whereas other Hotels in Marrakech do not charge you anything. Sofas are big but extremely not comfortable.
